  1. I ALREADY HAD A CLASS A AND A CLASS E, DUE TO FINANCIAL ISSUES AND NO VEHICLE STEP DOWN TO A STATE ID AND SCANNED ALL MY DOCUMENTS INTO SYSTEM AT DMV INCLUDING DD-214. NOW TRYING TO TAKE TEST AND GET DRIVERS LICENSE WAS TOLD AT DMV I HAVE TO TAKE A 4 HOUR COURSE ON ALCOHOL & DRUGS. WHY? I AM AN ADULT VETERAN AT THE AGE OF 66, THIS FEELS LIKE AN INSULT TO ME AND MY SERVICE TO THIS COUNTRY.
